Both the top and bottom can be used independently—perfect for oven cooking, serving, or even enjoying a meal directly from the dish. The interiors of both the top and bottom dishes are finished with a rich tenmoku glaze, while the exteriors are left unglazed, showcasing the raw clay for a beautifully tactile texture.
